So my father has been working long hours on this car to get everything ready and fabricated. Today I helped him get the tiny d15 SOHC out and dropped the B18B1 DOHC motor in. The process was fairly smooth for our first B series into a car that doesn’t come factory. Still a lot of work to do but its coming along very quickly.
Few things left to do:
- Front suspension
- Shift Linkage Fabrication
- Connect hoses and censors
- Hang new exhaust and header
- Install new Fiberglass hood
- Install Ricer Wing (Just because….
) p.s. Ian you better get here soon or I’m putting it on! - and some odds and ends
- Suspension and Shafts …. GONE!!!!
- The final touches
- Out with the old.
- Do we have clearance?
- Easy does it.
- Another shot
- Its coming out!
- And shes out!
- OMG no motor!!!!
- Shes a roller!
- Alright do we have everything?
- Getting it ready to go up
- Do we have clearance?
- Bring her forward!
- Raise her up!
- Getting it lowered in
- Almost in!
- Almost in!
